Avoid Diabetes With These Borderline Diabetic Diet Plans

Did your doctor recently tell you that you are borderline diabetic and that you better make some changes? Don't panic! You are not on your own. It use to be that younger people typically developed type 1 diabetes but now people of all ages are developing type 1 diabetes. Some people say it is hereditary. There is also type 2 diabetes.
