You will have to do some adjusting if you have been surprised to find out that you are a diabetic. Your doctor or dietician will usually be the one to provide you with this very important documentation.

The diabetic diet chart provides instructions about what should be eaten and what should not be eaten. If you have been recently diagnosed with diabetes, then you should refer to this information as soon as possible so that you can get used to the foods you should be eating and to help you to develop eating habits which are healthy.
